What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is simply a very relaxed state of mind and body. You are awake and aware at all times.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a way of helping you to achieve your aims using hypnosis as a tool. The subconscious part of the mind is where we store memories and information, this is the place where habits are formed and fears and anxieties are held.
During hypnosis the conscious mind can be by-passed and the subconscious reached so that unhelpful feelings can be changed.
